We are looking for a Secretary to Resident Manager to join our team!
As a Secretary to Resident Manager, we rely on you to:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Resident Manager
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments to optimize time and resource allocation
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings by setting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information to protect organizational integrity
- Support daily office coordination and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist operations teams when required in aligning activities with management directives to achieve business objectives
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Champion the Sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Governance teams and to collaborate the ESG and GSTC initiatives, awareness and engagement across the Singapore hotels
- Track sustainability goals, maintain documentation, and assist in reporting to ensure compliance and progress
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about supporting senior leadership and contributing to business success
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
- Has a background in hotel operations to understand industry-specific processes and standards
- Is familiar with Opera PMS to support property management system tasks
- Has excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has an understanding of ESG principles and GSTC standards to effectively contribute to sustainability initiatives
