Our Client a multinational engineering and construction organisation is looking to hire a Secretary for their Business Development department. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in delivering administrative efficiency in a fast-paced engineering environment and is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Department to ensure operational efficiency.

• Assist in the preparation, tracking, and management of commercial documentation and project-related administrative tasks. • Coordinate complex meeting schedules, prepare agendas, document detailed meeting minutes, and actively track the progress of action items to ensure timely completion. • Support the drafting, review, and organization of commercial contracts and correspondence. • Maintain a robust, secure, and accessible digital and physical archiving system for all project and departmental records. • Manage registrations, permit applications, and compliance filings with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies. • Ensure all departmental documentation aligns with local regulatory standards. • Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented approach.
