Security Administration Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

 

About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Security Administration Manager. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across the administrative, financial, governance, and workforce management functions of Corporate Security. You will drive operational excellence through effective security governance, resource optimization, vendor and guard force management, compliance oversight, and intelligence reporting. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in strengthening risk management, enhancing security operations, and safeguarding the company’s people, assets, operations, and reputation.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference: 

  • Strengthen security governance through effective policies, controls, and process improvements.
  • Drive budget efficiency, cost optimization, and financial compliance across security operations.
  • Enhance security service delivery through effective vendor and guard force management.
  • Provide actionable intelligence and risk insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance while proactively mitigating operational and security risks.
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships and deliver meaningful reporting that drives continuous improvement.

 

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of five (5) O ’Level credits including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects.
  • A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required with a mandatory professional security certification (CPP, PSP, PCI, or CSMP). A Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within the FMCG industry. Prior experience in the Military, Police, or Department of State Services (DSS) will be an added advantage.
  • NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
