About Role: Proarch is seeking a skilled Sr AI Developer with experience in building scalable, end-to-end applications and integrating AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern search/retrieval systems, along with the ability to design and deliver intelligent applications such as chatbots and LLM-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise applications. Responsibilities: • Experience with programming languages such as Python and C#/.NET • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI (GPT-class models) and optional multi-model support • Familiarity with search and vector databases including Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus • Experience with orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LlamaIndex (or similar custom orchestration) • Knowledge of storage solutions such as Azure Blob Storage/ADLS, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB • Experience working with compute services like Azure App Service, Functions, or AKS • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code tools like Bicep or Terraform • Strong understanding of observability practices including Application Insights/OpenTelemetry, dashboards, and distributed tracing
