The role Your main responsibility will be to strategically expand your portfolio of new clients across targeted industries in UKI. You will be a key member of the team, responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals with some of the world’s leading companies.In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities • Proactively build and grow a strong pipeline of large-account (2,000+ employees) opportunities through targeted new logo acquisition and driving expansion opportunity within your Book of Business (UKI based companies). • Lead a solution and value-based sales process from initial prospecting and pipeline building to closing. • Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process across the Kahoot! suite. • Work closely with BDR, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and Channel teams to tailor solutions and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process. • Effectively manage and communicate with senior key stakeholders to align Kahoot!’s solutions with their core business goals. • Maintain a high standard of pipeline coverage (4x+ coverage ratio), forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene: weekly commit/best‑case, risk/upsides, crisp close plans, and maintaining an accurate hygiene. • Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets through disciplined execution. • Measure success through disciplined account execution, enterprise deal velocity, deal quality (average deal size, conversion rates), sales cycle management, and forecast accuracy.
