- A passion for helping small businesses
- 3-5 years of experience overseeing the work of bookkeepers or staff accountants
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field (BS/MS/MBA preferred)
- Experience working in e-commerce, product companies, technology, professional service businesses, and real estate industries
- Cloud-based accounting experience
- Public accounting experience
- Consulting experience
- Expertise in accrual basis financial reporting
