Job Duties Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control sales activities within defined geography and accounts. Support Business Partners who have front line responsibility for day-to-day sales and market activities with end users. Sell to existing and potential direct accounts in aftermarket sales situations. Participate with the Business Partner in a sales support role by making sales visits with the Business Partner and participating in local and regional trade shows to facilitate and add value to the selling process. Develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for defined geography and accounts. Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan. Assess current CBS Aftermarket distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans. Provide training on products, applications, and sales processes, and will provide/facilitate training and education to all levels of the sales channel. Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities, and will document customer interactions. Domestic and International travel required. $185,099.00 per year.

Job Requirements Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or in an engineering-related occupation.
