Senior Appointment Setter

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Senior Appointment Setter to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll open conversations with decision-makers and fill the calendar with qualified meetings. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Book qualified meetings through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects against clear criteria before booking
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate activity and notes
• Follow up consistently and manage a full pipeline
• Hit weekly meeting and conversion targets

What you'll need

• Proven appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales experience
• Comfort on the phone with UK decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
• Clear written and spoken English with a neutral accent
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
