About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who pairs sharp business thinking with deep, hands-on data skills — someone who does not just build dashboards but actively shapes how the company measures success. You will partner with Trading, Sales, Marketing, Product and Risk to turn complex questions into clean metrics, dashboards and decisions. This is a high-visibility individual-contributor role with a clear progression path. You will work directly with C-level sponsors on the company's North Star and KPI tree, and there is meaningful room to grow into BI Lead and ultimately Head of BI as the function scales with the business.
Key Responsibilities• Partner with business teams (Sales, Trading, Marketing, Product, Risk) to translate requirements into clean data solutions and decision-ready metrics. • Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards with rigorous data modelling, performance tuning and version-controlled semantic definitions. • Write complex SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, performance-aware queries) against large production datasets for extraction, transformation and analysis. • Own business metrics, KPIs and reporting frameworks — from North Star definition to field-level metric dictionaries with clear ownership and versioning. • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behaviour, trading activity, funnel conversion and revenue drivers; turn findings into specific, testable recommendations. • Provide actionable insights that directly improve trading volume, client lifetime value, conversion and retention. • Leverage modern AI tools and “vibe coding” workflows to accelerate analysis, prototype dashboards and automate repetitive BI work. • Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and drive execution — you are expected to close the loop, not just present slides.
