We are hiring a hands-on Business Analyst (8+ years experience) who is excellent at customer discovery, shaping requirements, and delivering compelling ServiceNow demos. This is a hybrid role across pre-sales and early delivery: you’ll help prepare offers, support solution shaping, and run demos that adapt in real time to what the customer is saying. Important: demos will be prepared by Empedus Greece, but you will deliver them in Romania—so you must be confident navigating the platform, telling the value story, and tailoring the demo flow live based on stakeholder needs. This role is designed around established pre-sales best practices in the ServiceNow ecosystem: aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes, running discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, and supporting proposal development. What you’ll do • Discovery & business analysis • Lead discovery workshops to understand current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes; • Translate business needs into a clear demo narrative and solution scope; • Capture requirements and produce pre-sales artifacts (high-level scope, assumptions, roadmap inputs);

• Pre-sales support & demos • Deliver ServiceNow demos to prospects and customers, tailoring scenarios in real time based on stakeholder feedback and priorities; • Work with the Greece-based Quento team to prepare the demo environment/storyboard, then localize and adjust it for the Romanian market/customer context; • Support offer preparation: input to scope, effort assumptions, risks, and implementation approach; • Partner with sales/business development to support RFP/RFI responses and proposal sections where BA input is critical;

• Platform confidence (hands-on) • Confidently navigate ServiceNow and explain why the platform solves the business problem (not just “click through”); • Configure light demo adjustments (views, lists, simple workflow variations, basic forms) to match the conversation—without needing deep development;

• AI-infused delivery • Use Empedus’ AI Infused Project Delivery accelerators to speed up discovery synthesis, proposal drafting inputs, user-story generation, and demo tailoring;

• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
