Senior C++Networking Subject Matter Expert

• Design and develop high-performance C++ networking libraries in collaboration with the global team. • Help define the technical direction for reusable communication and networking capabilities across the C++ estate. • Identify, experiment with and evaluate technologies that could form the basis of next-generation firmwide systems. • Work with infrastructure, networking and security teams on platform integration and hardening topics. • Identify technology gaps and propose practical solutions, with a focus on developer productivity, performance and resilience. • Collaborate with application teams on requirements, adoption and integration. • Work with internal clients to improve application performance and reliability. • Maintain and enhance existing C++ libraries and platform components. • Promote best practices within the team and across the wider C++ community. • Support other engineers through technical coaching, design review and knowledge sharing.
