Senior Cortex Developer

Experience Level: Senior (5–10+ Years)Location: Riyadh, On - Site Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cortex Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Cortex platforms and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, customization, integration, and optimization of Cortex-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive design decisions, handle complex implementations, and act as a subject matter expert in Cortex technologies.

Core Responsibilities: Cortex Development & Customization:• Design and develop advanced solutions using Cortex platform capabilities • Customize Cortex modules based on business and technical requirements • Develop reusable components, workflows, and services within Cortex ecosystem • Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of Cortex applications

Architecture & Solution Design:• Lead system design and architecture discussions for Cortex implementations • Define technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards • Identify optimization opportunities and improve system efficiency • Ensure secure and robust system design

Integration & APIs:• Integrate Cortex with core banking systems, third-party applications, and external APIs • Design and implement REST/SOAP services • Handle data exchange, transformation, and synchronization across systems

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:• Analyze system performance and resolve bottlenecks • Debug and fix complex technical issues in Cortex environments • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

Leadership & Collaboration:• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices • Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Deployment & DevOps:• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Manage version control and release cycles • Ensure smooth migration between environments (Dev / UAT / Production)
