Senior DevOps Engineer

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations to enable efficient and reliable delivery of software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring system health, and ensuring security compliance across our cloud and on-premise environments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment, and Release processes • Define, implement, and maintain EIB release and deployment processes • Act as coordinator within IT Service Management (ITSM) processes • Package and document releases in line with EIB policies • Provide day - to - day operational support activities • Take ownership of requests and incidents, acting as Single Point of Contact for IT users and, where applicable, GIS/BTS departments • Monitor, follow up, and ensure resolution of issues • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of processes • Produce, review, and maintain operational documentation • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations • Configure and maintain applications and tools across all technical layers • Use DevOps tools to support CI/CD processes
