Senior Development Manager

Stockland is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead Stockland Shoreline, a landmark 3,000‑lot masterplanned coastal community located in Redland Bay.

This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on one of Stockland’s most exciting residential projects, shaping a premium coastal community at a pivotal stage of delivery. With major milestones underway, you will guide a high‑performing team to bring the project vision to life while delivering strong commercial outcomes and enduring community value.

We’re Looking For

A passionate and commercially astute development leader to take end‑to‑end accountability for the delivery of Stockland Shoreline, managing complex stakeholders, joint venture partners and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the development from planning through to delivery, leveraging Stockland’s cross‑functional expertise to achieve project, customer and commercial outcomes, including:

• Drive whole‑of‑project performance and strategy, ensuring Shoreline is delivered in line with its long‑term vision, commercial objectives and community outcomes
• Lead reliable financial year delivery, with accountability for programme, cost, risk and commercial performance across a large‑scale masterplanned community
• Own end‑to‑end project outcomes, maintaining strong delivery discipline from planning and approvals through to civil delivery, built form and public realm outcomes
• Manage and strengthen partner and stakeholder relationships, including joint venture partners, councils, government authorities, consultants and community stakeholders
• Champion the project vision and public realm quality, influencing mixed‑use and town centre outcomes and ensuring high‑quality places that create lasting value for residents and the wider community

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experienced in residential or mixed‑use property development
• Proven experience leading large‑scale masterplanned communities
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility and financial modelling
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• Extensive experience navigating complex stakeholder, council and joint venture relationships
