About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Data Analyst to join our digital data analytics team and play a key role in optimizing digital performance across our online channels. In this role, you will own end-to-end digital analytics, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our websites and mobile applications, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer digital experience. • Own and deliver reporting on website and mobile app performance using modern analytics tools

• Analyze user journeys, funnels and behavioral data to identify optimization opportunities

• Support the design, implementation and maintenance of tracking strategies

• Build and automate dashboards and reporting solutions

• Analyze A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives and data-driven decision-making

• Generate, communicate, and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making and drive overall business growth

• Ensure data quality, consistency and proper documentation of analytics processes

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or Economics

• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

• 3+ years of professional working experience in digital analytics

• Hands-on experience with GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio and GTM

• Strong understanding of tracking frameworks and data structures

• Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)

• Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Paying attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy

• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Collaborating effectively within teams
