Senior Dynamics 365 Developer - Microsoft Business Applications

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical solutions that help organisations improve their processes and achieve digital transformation goals. You will combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and application consultants, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring delivered solutions create measurable business value. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will: • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). • Build custom components, extensions, and applications using the Dataverse platform. • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices for architecture, security, and code quality. • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and internal or external systems. • Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technology decisions. • Lead and participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and DevOps processes. • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance during application lifecycle management. • Support customers and internal teams by identifying opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and process improvement. • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements where appropriate.
