Senior Electronics Engineer - Mission-Critical Drone Payloads

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who can lead hardware development and take ownership from concept to production. You will work closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to develop electronics for demanding real-world use. This role requires strong technical judgment, a high level of ownership, and the ability to move work forward under real engineering constraints. The role is based in Kautokeino, Norway. That is a real advantage. The Arctic environment gives us one of the best places possible to test products under harsh conditions. Products developed and proven here are built to perform anywhere. You will have real influence on products, architecture, and technical direction.

Responsibilities• Lead design and development of electronic hardware for drone payloads • Create schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes • Test, debug, and improve designs for performance, reliability, and robustness • Work closely with software, mechanical, and systems engineering • Select components and make sound technical tradeoffs • Contribute to industrialization and production readiness • Set a high technical standard through your own work
