We are seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with regional hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is result-driven, adaptable, and open-minded, with strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-onboarding) • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking) • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements and company culture • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career talks, job fairs, etc • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
