Your Role

Manage the Production of Navi Mumbai
Maintaining and Improving the Safety and Quality Standards for the site
Raw material and Packing material Scheduling
Part of the team for the tech transfer projects for the site
Handling the Contractual Manpower
Efficiency improvement/Yield Improvement/Productivity Improvement
MIS for the Sites for Production
Implementation/Maintaining the required standards /SOP of the company and ISO
Keep the site Audit ready at any time for Housekeeping/Safety/Quality standards
Should have the experience in Automation.
Should have Exposure to Unit Operations and Utility
Must be a good communicator with Knowledge of Excel/Power BI/PPT.
Should have analytical mindset to analyse the problem and helping management to take the decision.
Must have a experience of Handling the contractual manpower
Should have a commercial Acumen and SAP environment.
Must be a process-oriented person.

Who you are:

The candidate should have a BE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or an MSc in Chemistry or Microbiology, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
