Position Highlights
Do you have established experience in the analysis, design and delivery of print and electronic forms? Have you ever been responsible for the purchase of high volume print materials? If so, then this may be the role for you. Forms & Publishing is a department which oversees the cost-effective design and production of ICBC corporate business forms and publications. These print and electronic products are integral to the day-to-day operation of virtually every aspect of ICBC business, such as the sale of insurance, management of claims, and issuance of driver licenses. An opportunity is now available for a full-time, permanent Senior Forms Analyst within this area.
As a Senior Forms Analyst you will work as part of a professional team of designers and analysts to meet strict production deadlines set by internal clients. The successful applicant would be expected to analyze business process requirements and propose forms solutions; troubleshoot complex production issues; contribute to corporate project planning and implementation meetings; coordinate delivery timelines with external print vendors; maintain high-quality customer service through clear and professional communication with internal clients and co-workers; report to a Manager on vendor performance and technical issues; consistently follow established procurement processes and procedures; and ensure forms and publication design is done in accordance with corporate standards.
Interested applicants should have:
- Previous experience within a customer service area
- Previous experience working with/in project teams
- Previous experience with print production and procurement
- Previous experience with print and electronic forms analysis/design
- Previous experience managing relationships with external vendors
- A thorough understanding of print specification writing
- Excellent knowledge of effective graphic design and layout techniques
- Familiarity with professional design software used for print and online delivery
- Excellent oral & written communication skills

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
