Who you are: We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional frontend software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React, with an ability to craft clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Experience with user-centric development, user research, and design thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven projects, including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams—providing mentorship and supporting peers.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and a proactive approach to privacy and compliance.
• Strong communicator with an ownership mentality; self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience designing scalable architectures for high-traffic web applications, integrating marketing platforms, or building analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of feature flag systems, rapid prototyping, or experimentation frameworks.
• Exposure to global privacy standards and compliance requirements.
