About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of creating, maintaining, and optimizing the user interfaces of the company's core web products and dashboards. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring our web platforms are not only visually compelling but highly performant and accessible. Operating in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment, you will build the portals that our enterprise clients use to manage identity verifications and fraud detection. Your work will directly impact user experience, requiring a deep focus on load times, seamless rendering, and strict compliance with modern web accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities • UI Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js / React.js), translating wireframes and UI/UX designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect prototypes. • Performance Optimization: Take proactive ownership of product performance, optimizing user experience by drastically reducing load times, minimizing render-blocking resources, and improving Core Web Vitals. • Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure all web interfaces strictly comply with modern accessibility standards (WCAG / a11y), making our products inclusive and usable for all users. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, provide technical feedback on design feasibility, and communicate architectural decisions to the broader engineering team. • Code Quality & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex UI bugs and defects in existing codebases while maintaining clear, up-to-date UI/UX technical documentation.
