The role: The Senior Frontend Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains complex, high-quality web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The role also involves contributing to key architectural decisions, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior team members to drive excellence across the front-end development process. 

Key Responsibilities:  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React). 

• Lead the design of frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance while following best practices and industry standards. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to development standards. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and professional development. 

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability across devices and browsers. 

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests and troubleshoot issues when they arise. 

• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve development practices. 

• Work with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and reusability across projects. 

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
