Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing provider specializing in back-office and customer support services for US-based companies. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to take ownership of an existing AI-generated bookkeeping software platform and drive it through completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-sufficient, solution-oriented developer who can independently assess, troubleshoot, improve, and deliver a complex software product with minimal direction. The ideal candidate has strong full stack development expertise, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience taking software projects from planning to production. This is a temporary remote position expected to last approximately 8 months.

Key Responsibilities• Take full ownership of an existing bookkeeping software platform

• Analyze the current system architecture, codebase, and business logic • Identify technical, functional, and financial data integrity issues • Design and implement scalable solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and usability • Independently prioritize development tasks and drive projects with minimal supervision • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure accounting workflows, financial calculations, reports, and outputs are accurate and reliable • Debug, refactor, optimize, and enhance the existing codebase • Create and maintain technical documentation when necessary • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to ensure software quality and financial data accuracy • Deliver the platform to a production-ready state
