What You’ll DoYou’ll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.

1\ Discover & shape• Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains • Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early • Help shape what we build, not just how

2\ Build & own• Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP • Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration • Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations

3\ Improve & learn• Contribute to our Product Engineering culture • Help refine our architecture without disappearing into “ivory tower” thinking
