Role Summary This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the core operating systems that power the company’s tutor marketplace and service delivery infrastructure. The focus of the role is the development of the tutor supply engine and operational reliability layer that directly drive revenue activation, tutor utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency. This is a transformation-focused role, not a maintenance or support function. The successful consultant is expected to replace manual and reactive operational processes with scalable systems, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that support a real-time, high-performance operational environment. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, with ownership across operational tooling, workflow automation, marketplace mechanics, system reliability, and execution infrastructure. This includes building systems that improve tutor recruitment, onboarding, activation, scheduling reliability, substitution management, utilization optimization, operational monitoring, and service continuity at scale. The position is expected to drive operational scalability through technology, improve visibility and real-time decision-making, and create resilient systems that enable the business to grow efficiently without proportional increases in operational overhead. Tutor Supply Engine (End-to-End) • Recruitment → Screening → Training → Activation → Utilization • Build systems that increase speed to activation and conversion rates • Reduce drop-offs across the funnel through automation and data visibility
