Senior Fullstack Engineer

DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing team in Vietnam and play a critical role in shaping the architecture, technical strategy, and engineering culture across internal and client facing projects. You’ll work hands-on with a cross-functional team to solve complex technical problems, and help ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable digital products. This is a role for someone who is proactive and happy to take the lead when needed — combining deep technical expertise with strong communication and decision-making skills. You’ll be involved from concept to deployment, helping teams choose the right tools, build robust solutions, and deliver real business impact. What You’ll Do • Play an early and key role in the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software •  Play a key role in technical decision-making, trade-offs, and problem-solving • Work closely with product owners to ensure solutions meet business needs • Contribute to strategic planning around tooling, technology choices, and platform direction • Perform technical reviews and provide input on system design, integration, and performance • Advocate for engineering best practices, clean code, testing, observability, and performance • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements
