We’re now looking for a passionate Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.) • Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, ARPU) and iterate quickly based on real-time data • Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting spend, revenue, and user LTV • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities • Collaborate with product and live ops teams to align UA strategy with game updates and content calendars • Manage partner relationships with ad networks and MMPs • Stay ahead of UA trends, platform changes, and new growth channels
