Title:  Senior HR Specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Experience within the medical device industry or an executive search /headhunting agency is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks & perform independently
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required. Fluent English language skills are required
  • Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs; deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across the regions to achieve quality of hire and speed of hire.
  • Accountable for the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process for assigned positions (including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management, etc) and deliver first-class TA experience
  • Develop and coordinate Training & Development activities aligned with business priorities, while monitoring organizational and individual learning needs
  • Support HR managers in HR‑related topics to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness
  • Coordinate and maintain employee data, including personal information, leave records, and other HR-related data. Operate HRIS system, Workday, HR Portal
  • Collaborate with the HR team to administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, atmosphere improvement event, retirement plans, and other
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization
