What you’ll do:
Will be primarily responsible for hardware design of new product, including topology/components selection and design, design verification, issues analysis and solving
Support new product deveopment, including system design,topology/component selection/design, debug and validation
Lead the schematics design and work together with layout engineer to complet PCB design
Support to assess customers' requirement and offer techinical consulting
Quality issues analysis and customers' complaint handling
Product sustaining: Second source, VAVE, shortage,...
Support to contious improvement activities and DFM for the plant
Techincal training for the service/customer/plant guys and technical documents writing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronic/Electrical related
3+ years’ experience on switching supply power design
Proficient in various topologies (e.g., flyback, boost, push-pull, three-level, etc.).
Skilled in component selection, including loss calculation and key parameter analysis
Experienced in magnetic component design (transformers, current transformers, chokes, etc.)
Master at least two kinds of software(Psim, Pspice, or saber,Mathcad,..)
Familar with NPD development process
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Responsible, proactive and self-drive.
Good communication skills and collaborative style
