Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategic product backlog, ensuring prioritization directly supports business objectives and delivers maximum customer value. • Lead agile teams through the full product lifecycle (discovery, refinement, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective), fostering a high-performing environment and championing agile best practices. • Lead the elicitation, advanced analysis, and comprehensive documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements, challenging assumptions, and identifying innovative solutions. • Translate complex or ambiguous business needs into strategic Epics and actionable User Stories, setting clear, testable acceptance criteria. • Ensure all backlog items consistently meet and help evolve the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards. • Facilitate and lead backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning, mentoring team members on effective story preparation and prioritization. • Serve as the primary business representative, building strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring ongoing alignment and transparency. • Actively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations, negotiating requirements and facilitating timely resolutions. • Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, QA, and Delivery/Program Managers to ensure product vision, technical alignment, and delivery of quality solutions at scale. • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release planning; ensure incremental value delivery and ongoing roadmap alignment with strategic goals. • Guarantee end-to-end traceability from business goals through requirements to delivered features and measurable outcomes. • Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven retrospectives and product feedback. • Empower agile teams to make informed, autonomous decisions by providing clear context and removing impediments. • Coach and mentor junior team members and actively contribute to communities of practice, sharing best practices and industry trends.
