We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Architectural Projects team and lead the creation of unique spaces that reflect the excellence, innovation, and quality that define our brands worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-visibility projects, collaborate with renowned international architecture studios, and shape environments that inspire customers, partners, and professionals across the globe.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

🎨 Conceptualize and design interior environments for showrooms, trade fairs, corporate spaces, and flagship projects in collaboration with leading international architecture studios.

🤝 Partner closely with Architecture, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistency between brand identity, customer experience, and project execution.

🏗️ Lead project implementation from concept to completion, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and alignment with the original design vision.

🪵 Select materials, finishes, furniture, and design elements that embody the identity and values of Roca and Laufen.

👷 Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and technical teams throughout all project phases.

🌱 Integrate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into every project.

📊 Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

✈️ Travel nationally and internationally depending on active projects.

🤝 Internal & External Relationships

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, and external partners, including prestigious international architecture studios, suppliers, and contractors.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Education

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

🏆 Minimum 7 years of proven experience in high-quality architecture and interior design projects.

🏗️ Demonstrated experience managing representative and complex projects from concept through execution.

👥 Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

💻 Strong knowledge of:

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

🎨 Ability to create compelling design concepts and communicate ideas through presentations and technical documentation.

Languages

🌍 Fluent Spanish and English.
