At this time, the client is seeking consultants who can consistently commit to a full 8-hour shift during one of the schedules above. While you are expected to be available for the full shift, there is flexibility in how those hours are completed. For example, you may work 4 hours, take a break (up to 2 hours), and then complete the remaining 4 hours. As with many AI projects, work is assigned based on client demand. Although we anticipate strong project volume, available work may fluctuate over time. This engagement is best suited for consultants who are comfortable with a dynamic, project-based environment. AI Evaluation ExperiencePrevious experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, prompt engineering, AI annotation, or LLM evaluation is strongly preferred. Candidates with exceptional finance expertise who are eager to learn structured AI evaluation workflows are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation• India/Pakistan: $15–$19 USD/hour • Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher compensation based on experience and project requirements.

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. This is not a traditional Investment Banking position. Instead, you will apply your real-world expertise to evaluate complex AI-generated financial analyses, validate technical reasoning, identify inaccuracies, and help improve Large Language Models (LLMs) used within the finance industry. We are looking for professionals who are recognized as experts within their field—individuals capable of evaluating financial reasoning with the same rigor expected in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, and institutional finance environments.
