Working closely with multiple departments and supporting our colleagues across the organization, we are seeking a Labor Specialist in Garmin Cluj office, who combines labor legislation expertise with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality employee support and guidance.

Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations. • Monitor and interpret labor legislation and payroll related regulations, ensuring timely implementation of required changes. • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on Romanian labor law, labor relations, employment practices, and statutory compliance requirements. • Serve as a key point of contact for employee representatives, supporting consultation, communication, and social dialogue processes in compliance with Romanian labor legislation. • Coordinate updates and compliance reviews of Internal Regulations, ensuring alignment with Romanian labor legislation and organizational requirements. • Act as a key contributor during Labor Inspectorate (ITM) inspections, preparing documentation, coordinating responses, and supporting corrective action plans when required. • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on employment, employee relations, and compliance matters. • Support employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on labor law matters, employment disputes, investigations, labor inspections, regulatory audits. • Prepare documentation and reports required for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
