Senior Legal Counsel - Crypto / DeFi

Our team brings together institutional finance experience, DeFi-native insight, and advanced analytics. We’re hiring a Senior Legal Associate who will report directly to the COO to manage legal, regulatory, and operational activities across the firm. This is a senior, cross-functional hands on role supporting fund regulation, compliance, commercial structuring, and strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with leadership, team members and external partners to ensure Re7 operates with institutional-grade precision as we continue to expand globally.

Responsibilities:Legal & Compliance• Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures. • Challenge and support commercial deal structuring and negotiation. • Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications. • Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products. • Handle legal entity governance, new structures, IP protection, and data privacy compliance.
