Role Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organization Design
- Lead workforce planning exercises aligned with business growth and operational needs
- Design organizational structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity
- Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization
2. Talent Management & Performance Excellence
- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles including calibration and differentiation
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
- Identify high-potential talent and support development planning
3. Culture, Engagement & Change Management
- Design and implement engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values
- Support transformation and change management initiatives
- Analyze engagement data and drive targeted interventions
4. Leadership Advisory & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
- Support decision-making on promotions, restructuring, and talent risks
- Guide leaders in building high-performing teams
5. HR Governance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex cases
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights

Qualifications
