Role Summary

The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organization Design

  • Lead workforce planning exercises aligned with business growth and operational needs
  • Design organizational structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity
  • Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization

2. Talent Management & Performance Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end performance management cycles including calibration and differentiation
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
  • Identify high-potential talent and support development planning

3. Culture, Engagement & Change Management

  • Design and implement engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values
  • Support transformation and change management initiatives
  • Analyze engagement data and drive targeted interventions

4. Leadership Advisory & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
  • Support decision-making on promotions, restructuring, and talent risks
  • Guide leaders in building high-performing teams

5. HR Governance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage employee relations and resolve complex cases
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights

Qualifications
