  • Manage and develop a small marketing team, supporting capability building while maintaining high execution standards.

  • Bring structure, focus and prioritisation to marketing activity in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.

Candidate Profile

You are a senior B2B marketer who is as comfortable shaping direction as you are delivering work yourself. You have likely operated in a scaling technology business where resources are limited, priorities shift quickly and success depends on being practical, adaptable and execution-focused. You understand how marketing can support enterprise sales while also enabling a lighter-touch SaaS motion, and you know how to work effectively with strong personalities across commercial teams.

Experience and Skills

  • Significant senior marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally within cybersecurity, end user computing or a related complex solution environment.

  • Strong experience in account-based marketing, enterprise marketing and inbound marketing.

  • Proven ability to create positioning and messaging that supports pipeline generation and commercial growth.

  • Experience executing campaigns as well as leading people; this is not a role for someone who only wants to direct from a distance.

  • Track record of working effectively with sales teams and supporting joined-up go-to-market execution.

  • Proven experience with managing, coaching and developing team members in a scaling company.

  • Commercial understanding of the customer journey, including acquisition, implementation, retention, cross-sell and upsell.

  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore how they can improve marketing effectiveness and ways of working.

  • Strong grasp of metrics, marketing performance and practical decision-making based on evidence.

  • Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the confidence to handle challenging conversations constructively.

Ways of Working

  • Hands-on, practical and willing to execute as well as lead.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape the role as business needs evolve.

  • Able to grow with the organisation and contribute at different stages of maturity.

  • Collaborative in style, with a strong bias toward alignment across marketing, sales and account management.

  • Customer-focused, commercially aware and motivated by creating measurable growth impact.

  • Security First at the forefront of what we do

  • Comfortable in a fully remote environment.

Success Measures

  • Improved quality and volume of qualified pipeline generated through marketing.

  • Clearer product and solution positioning across enterprise and SaaS propositions.

  • Stronger alignment between marketing, sales and account management.

  • More effective campaign execution and measurable improvement in demand generation performance.

  • Growth in marketing capability and team effectiveness over time.
