Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with strong expertise in On-Premises environments. Cloud experience is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server. Key Responsibilities• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements. • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware. • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies. • Perform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issues. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guides. • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Support application releases, deployments, and production issues. • Follow development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps. • Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activities.
