Senior OpenShift / Linux Engineer - Manama, Bahrain

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift / Linux Engineer to manage, deploy, and optimize containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and highly available container platforms.

Key Responsibilities• Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) • Administer and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS) • Design and support containerized applications and microservices architectures • Manage Kubernetes clusters (via OpenShift) including scaling, upgrades, and monitoring • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices • Troubleshoot platform, container, and infrastructure issues • Ensure system security, patching, and compliance standards • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for application deployment • Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
