Job Responsibilities & Duties: 

• Manage ecommerce accounts independently. • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives. • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies. • Analyze and interpret advanced performance metrics and marketing funnels. • Create strategic plans including content, media, pricing, and financial direction. • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. • Facilitate and lead client meetings, presenting strategic insights and performance reviews. • Monitor market trends, competitive actions, and adapt plans accordingly. • Foster high client satisfaction and maintain strong long-term relationships. • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all client communications and reports. • Proactively identify issues and resolve them efficiently without escalations.
