  What are we looking for? We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you’ll design, build, and run a reliable, scalable hybrid platform that powers our applications and services across both cloud and on‑prem environments. You’ll help drive our transition toward a modern platform engineering model, enabling automation and developer self‑service while improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role with strong technical ownership and a clear focus on building a resilient, future‑ready platform.   What are your key responsibilities? • Design and evolve internal platform capabilities that simplify application deployment and operations • Provide standardized, self‑service infrastructure building blocks for development teams • Define and enforce consistent infrastructure and deployment patterns across environments • Improve developer experience through platform tooling and automation • Design, deploy, and operate hybrid infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments • Own and maintain compute, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms • Operate and optimize workloads running in Azure and hosted environments • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools • Build, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery • Reduce operational overhead by eliminating manual processes through scripting and automation • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities across the platform • Lead incident analysis and root cause investigations, driving long‑term improvements • Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and operational resilience • Design and embed infrastructure security controls, including patching, access management, and compliance enforcement
