The Role We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to take ownership of our print supply chain and deliver world-class publications for our clients. This is a senior position requiring someone who can manage complex international print projects from specification through to final delivery. The role will be predominantly remote with a requirement to travel for press checks and visit our Milan office from time to time. Responsibilities • Manage relationships with print partners across Europe and China, acting as the primary point of contact for all production matters • Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into detailed print specifications, ensuring designs are optimised for production • Negotiate commercial terms, production schedules, and quality standards with print suppliers • Set up and manage print projects from initial briefing through to delivery, maintaining clear timelines and quality benchmarks • Conduct on-site press checks at print facilities to ensure colour accuracy, material quality, and finishing standards meet our exacting requirements • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of printing technologies, paper stocks, and finishing techniques
