Senior Product Designer

About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join PetroApp and help shape the future of our digital products. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences across our platform, from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real user problems. Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture
