Senior Product Management Specialist - Cards
Apply NowOwn and execute the Cards product roadmap by leading the end-to-end development of card products. This includes: • Designing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborating on UI/UX to effectively communicate card product concepts to stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams. • Identifying and documenting card-specific technical and business requirements covering systems such as the Card Management System (CMS), Mobile App, Core Banking/Wallet, and payment schemes and translating them into clear deliverables for technical teams. • Managing card product performance analysis, issue troubleshooting (including decline rates, authorization failures, and dispute trends), and executing continuous improvement initiatives. • Supporting the QA team in preparing and executing test cases that cover the full card flow. • Leading cross-functional collaboration across Customer Care, Sales, Compliance, and Technology to ensure successful card product launches and ongoing lifecycle management. • Managing the product backlog, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery of card product initiatives.
