This role goes beyond daily LiveOps execution - you’ll shape product direction, drive measurable business outcomes, and act as a strategic partner to leadership, design, engineering, and publishing teams. You’ll operate as the accountable owner of product performance, balancing player experience, retention, and monetization while helping define how we build, scale, and operate games at UserWise. This is a full-time remote role for a senior operator who can move from strategy → execution → optimization without friction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Direction• Own the long-term strategy for a title or portfolio segment • Translate business and partner goals into actionable product direction • Identify growth opportunities across retention, engagement, and monetization • Anticipate risks and adjust roadmap priorities proactively
Performance Ownership• Accountable for core KPIs (retention, ARPDAU, LTV, engagement) • Lead experimentation and prioritization based on expected impact • Drive sustainable revenue and player growth
LiveOps & Feature Leadership• Define LiveOps strategy and seasonal initiatives • Guide feature investment and progression evolution • Ensure content and systems align with long-term product health
Cross-Functional Leadership• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Art leadership • Align internal teams and external stakeholders around product direction • Mentor mid-level PMs and producers where relevant
Data & Decision Frameworks• Establish experimentation strategy and success metrics • Translate data into actionable product decisions • Present performance narratives and insights to leadership
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration• Act as a senior product counterpart for partners and publishers • Bridge product, business, and operational priorities • Maintain strong communication and decision alignment
