Senior Product Manager

Your scope  You’ll join a small product org (PM, Design, Engineering) working with 3 cross-functional squads (”Designer Platform”, “Operations”, “Project Management”). PMs and Designers report to the CPO, and we work closely with construction teams as daily stakeholders.  • You will be the Senior Product Manager for Operations team. 

• Your product is more than a tech tool, it is a true operating system that orchestrates the hundreds of real life actions needed on a worksite to make a 50 flats building become a reality in a few months. 

• Your product helps teams contract suppliers, plan and track work on site, control costs, manage changes, and close projects. This scope is critical to margin protection and delivery reliability—it directly impacts how predictable our projects are and how we’re perceived in the industry. 

• Your mission: reduce volatility (cost + planning), improve execution efficiency, create a great experience for internal teams and suppliers, turn today’s learnings into tommorow efficiency gains.
