The role

Develop product roadmaps to provide seamless onramp, offramp, and settlement functions for a global B2B payment platform.
Design and conceptualize payment and settlement solutions to meet business requirements.
Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health. Integrate with banking partners and payment service providers to enhance our global platform.
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and monitor stablecoin industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including compliance, IT, legal, operations, and business —throughout product planning and development.
Define clear product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.

To succeed in this role

Familiar with FX products or deep understanding on B2B Cross border payment ecosystem and global licensing requirements for payment solutions.
Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to drive projects forward effectively.
Previous experiences building stablecoin cross border payment platform
Ideally experience within HKMA licensee
