Job Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Product Manager to join our team in Riyadh. You will lead product discovery, strategy, and lifecycle management for large-scale digital and mobile services serving diverse users. You will turn broad business challenges into validated opportunities through beneficiary research, market intelligence, operational evidence, and strategic alignment. Working across business, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal, and compliance, you will define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and measure outcomes. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English and has delivered complex digital products in government, regulated, or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities ·         Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, value proposition, objectives, and outcome-based roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and beneficiary needs. ·         Product Discovery & Opportunity Validation: Structure ambiguous problems into discovery, formulate hypotheses, lead beneficiaries, stakeholder, and market research, and validate opportunities before recommending solutions. ·         Market Benchmarking & Product Insights: Conduct focused local and global benchmarking, distinguish transferable practices from superficial feature comparisons, and turn evidence into actionable recommendations. ·         Roadmap & Prioritization: Own and refine the roadmap and backlog, prioritize initiatives by beneficiary value, strategic alignment, feasibility, cost, risk, compliance, and expected impact. ·         Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define OKRs, KPIs, and baselines. monitor adoption, journey completion, drop-off, satisfaction, complaints, and service performance, and feed learning into the roadmap. ·         Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Align sponsors, business, BAs, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal, cybersecurity, and compliance. facilitate decisions, document trade-offs, and maintain clear ownership and approvals.
