Senior Product Owner (Finance- Oracle) - Lotus's

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (Finance- Oracle) with deep expertise in the finance domain to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of complex financial products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, domain knowledge, and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into high-value product features.

You will work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, UX, compliance, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance-related products • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams • Translate complex financial, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and customer impact • Lead PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews • Ensure alignment with financial regulations, compliance standards, and audit requirements • Collaborate with UX to ensure intuitive and compliant user experiences • Analyze product performance using KPIs, financial metrics, and customer feedback • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial processes and systems • Mentor junior product owners and contribute to product best practices
