Responsibilities • Own the product backlog and drive prioritization aligned to product strategy, OKRs, and customer value. • Partner with Engineering leadership to shape feasible solutions, manage dependencies, and make trade-offs. • Lead backlog refinement and ensure high-quality requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional needs). • Define and communicate product goals, success metrics, and roadmap input for your domain. • Run effective stakeholder management: align priorities, manage expectations, and communicate decisions clearly. • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs (customer feedback, analytics, experimentation) to guide decisions. • Support release strategy and go-to-market coordination with relevant functions (e.g., Support, Ops, Marketing, Sales). • Mentor medior POs and contribute to improving Agile/product processes across teams.
